We send photos and close-up clips of the fabrics, your quote, the production time and the estimated shipping fee

Payment 1: 30%
We confirm your order, draw the sketch and agree the design with you before production

Measure at home
We will send you measuring instructions, then check and confirm your measurements before we build the shape

Payment 2: 50%
We build the corset and send photos and clips so you can approve the shape against the points we agreed
This is an approval from photos and clips, not an in-person fitting

Final payment: 20%
You see photos and clips of the finished gown and confirm before we ship

Receive it at home
Sent by DHL or FedEx with a tracking number; you pay the shipping fee and import duties

Good to know
- Order at least 4 months before your wedding, to leave time for shipping and anything unexpected
- You pay first, then we start the next step
- Payment goes to our bank account in Vietnam, by Wise, SWIFT bank transfer or Remitly (how to pay)
- Before production, we both confirm in writing: the design, fabric, measurements and beadwork
- Cancelled orders are not refunded
- Every gown is handmade and measured online, so small variations are normal; it may need alterations where you receive it, at your cost
- The silhouette comes out about 80–90% like your photos and the beadwork about 50–60%. This is how close the design will be, not a promise of fit
- The price depends on the design, fabric and beadwork, and stays fixed once quoted
